Reunion Resort Water Park

A guide for Reunion property buyers

Reunion Resort Membership

Explore Club recreation for everyday living or a second home in Kissimmee, Florida, and why property ownership alone does not provide membership.

Does Membership Come With the Property?

At Reunion, owning a home and holding Club membership are different things. Membership is associated with a specific property, and not every home has it. At closing, an existing membership returns to the Club and is reissued to an approved purchaser, rather than passing automatically with the deed. As you evaluate a home, obtain written confirmation of its active membership status, category, your eligibility for reissue and any purchaser charges. Do not assume you can add Club membership later to a property that does not have it. These details can affect which facilities you can use as an owner and how you plan your time at Reunion.

The Lifestyle Behind Club Membership

Resort facilities and the benefits included with a specific Club membership are not always the same.

  • Three Signature Golf Courses

Three courses designed by Arnold Palmer, Tom Watson and Jack Nicklaus give golf-minded owners distinct places to play. Confirm booking rules and applicable golf

  • Five-Acre Water Park

The five-acre water park offers a family-focused option for days spent at a Reunion home. Access depends on the applicable Club privileges.

  • Tennis and Pickleball

Tennis and pickleball facilities make it easier to build active recreation into a regular visit or a longer stay at your second home.

  • Fitness and Member Activities

The Club brochure lists fitness classes and member activities in both categories, giving owners ways to participate beyond golf and pools.

  • On-Site Dining

On-site dining adds a convenient option when spending time at Reunion. Check restaurant availability and charges separately from membership dues.

Gold and Platinum: Key Differences

Understanding Initiation Fees and Monthly Dues

Membership can involve an initiation fee, recurring dues and separate charges for activities. The Club’s fee schedule lists a $15,000 initiation fee and monthly dues of $500 for Gold and $925 for Platinum, all before applicable taxes. The same schedule lists a conditional $3,000 fee for moving membership between properties; that is distinct from a purchaser’s initiation fee. Before committing to a home, ask the Club for written confirmation of current charges for that property and membership category. The Club lists 407-662-1070 as its contact number.

Club Amenities and Community Facilities Are Different

Club benefits are only one part of recreation at Reunion. Community recreation locations identified in CDD materials include Seven Eagles, Homestead and Heritage Crossings; their access rules are distinct from Club membership terms. A home without Club membership therefore does not necessarily leave its owner without community recreation options, though access to any particular facility should be checked. The same distinction matters when comparing ownership costs: Club dues do not replace other applicable community or association assessments. Read our guide to Reunion Resort HOA fees when reviewing the home’s wider ownership costs. Ask which facilities and obligations apply to the home you are considering.
