One street, two distinct Reunion settings

Grand Traverse Parkway homes for sale span two settings within Reunion Resort, rather than one neighborhood. One section runs through The Estates, called Eagle Estates on the resort map, near Twin Eagles Loop and Coyote Creek Way. Farther along the western street network is Heritage Preserve, near Wynstone Way and Valhalla Terrace. We keep this property selection to Grand Traverse Parkway addresses, not every home on those adjoining roads. For a wider view of the resort, explore Reunion luxury homes.

The Estates and Heritage Preserve compared

The section matters, but the home’s layout, outlook and usable space deserve a closer look.

Street-level recreation and the wider resort

District facilities and private Club amenities have different access arrangements; owning a home does not settle either question.

  • Grand Traverse Parkway Playground

District amenity policies identify a playground on Grand Traverse Parkway. Check the applicable district access arrangements.

  • Grand Traverse Parkway Outdoor Fitness Center

The district also names an outdoor fitness center on the parkway, distinct from private Club facilities.

  • Three signature golf courses

Wider Reunion has three signature courses designed by Arnold Palmer, Tom Watson and Jack Nicklaus. Check property-specific access.

  • Resort recreation and dining

The wider resort includes a five-acre water park, tennis, pickleball and Traditions at the Nicklaus Clubhouse. Access varies by facility.

How the location fits your everyday use

Grand Traverse Parkway sits on the western side of Reunion Resort. The approach from I-4 Exit 58 follows CR-532, also called Osceola-Polk Line Road, to Reunion Boulevard. When we tour a property with you, we would look beyond the map: test the routes you expect to use, check garage and driveway capacity, and consider pool-deck orientation and whether the floor plan suits daily life. Review the operative parking rules against the space you would actually have.

Separate ownership costs from Club access

For any address on your shortlist, we would review the parcel’s charges separately: HOA dues, West CDD operations-and-maintenance and debt-service assessments, and any applicable Club membership costs. They are not one all-inclusive street-wide fee. Start with our guides to Reunion HOA fees and Reunion Resort membership, then check the property’s records. Ask for written confirmation of its Club membership status, your eligibility as a purchaser and the terms for activating access before treating Club facilities as part of your plans.
