How the five-bedroom Sapphire plan is arranged

The documented Sapphire plan spans the building's second and third levels. It is a useful layout reference, not a specification for every resale.

  • A shared living level with four bedrooms

Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an island kitchen and connected dining/living space occupy the lower residential level.

  • An upstairs bedroom and lounge

The fifth bedroom has a private full bathroom and walk-in closet. A separate upstairs lounge gives visiting family another place to gather.

  • Outdoor living above ground level

The private terrace sits upstairs, providing elevated outdoor space rather than a ground-level garden. The living room has a double-height ceiling.

Check the entrance route and internal stairs

When comparing 5-bedroom condos for sale in Spectrum Resort, consider how you will move through the home. The illustrated Sapphire plan shows both an approach stair and an internal staircase, important when carrying shopping or accommodating different mobility needs. An elevator is explicitly listed only for the deluxe five-bedroom accommodation category, not every five-bedroom resale. For any condo you shortlist, establish the route from parking to the entrance, the internal stair arrangement and precisely which levels an elevator serves. We can help you identify these questions before you decide whether the layout fits your household.

Look closely at square footage and bathroom counts

Published five-bedroom measurements are not interchangeable. The Sapphire sales description labels 2,703 square feet as total area, while its accompanying description calls that figure living space. Separately, the accommodation categories describe a standard five-bedroom condo at 2,674 square feet with four bathrooms and a deluxe version at 2,703 square feet with 4.5 bathrooms. Those are plan or category specifications, not a single standard for every condo offered for sale. For your shortlist, compare the unit's floor plan, interior measurements, terrace area and bathroom count. Do not assume a larger advertised number necessarily means more interior living space.

Shared services and your responsibilities as an owner

Condominium ownership combines shared services with individual responsibilities. Documented arrangements for Spectrum at Reunion Condominium Association, Inc. include landscaping and irrigation, water/sewer, trash collection, cable/internet, pest control and exterior pressure cleaning, alongside individually metered electricity and condo gas-account setup. For the condo you are considering, confirm which services remain included and which expenses you will handle separately. Review current dues, assessments and service coverage, and establish who maintains the terrace before buying. Our Spectrum Resort HOA fees page helps you consider these ownership costs alongside the purchase price.

Community facilities and the wider Reunion setting

Spectrum's clubhouse, fitness center, pool with cabanas, playground and gathering space offer options for exercise, outdoor time and meeting up with family. Within the wider Reunion setting, three signature golf courses, a water park and racquet-sport facilities add to the appeal, but buying a condo does not establish automatic access. Association services, Spectrum Club arrangements and Reunion membership are separate matters to review through our Spectrum Resort membership page. The location also provides access to I-4, State Road 429 and the Walt Disney World area, useful context when planning personal visits or everyday journeys.
