The lot has 2 entrances, one from SR33 and the other from an easement off Millstream Drive.

The property has a water well drilled to 150 feet deep, which is more than the usual 75 feet, for better quality of water with a stainless steel pump with 3 HP.

The usual well comes with a 2" pipe with 1/2 to 3/4 HP. Motor.

Note: The property is described on records as 6.09 acres with 0.91 Acres as flood zone. However, we altered it and fixed it as described above by dropping 400 trucks of dirt on the property and raising it by 3 feet and bring it to a proper drainage.
