Where is Harvest at Ovation?

We help you compare Harvest at Ovation homes for sale by home type, homesite and construction stage within Horizon West's Village I. The Hartzog Road setting uses Winter Garden mailing addresses while lying in unincorporated Orange County. We assess the actual offering and ownership arrangements, keeping Harvest distinct from Westhaven and wider Ovation or Winter Garden searches.

Compare the Harvest home collections

Collection labels do not establish a particular lot’s dimensions, and not every plan is offered on every homesite.

New construction and resale are different searches

Taylor Morrison markets detached homes at Harvest, while RockWell currently markets the Newton, Edison, Franklin and Whitney townhomes. Taylor Morrison's 60-foot collection is advertised as final opportunities; availability and construction stage depend on the specific home. Completed homes can also enter the resale market. Compare the actual home's included finishes, completion status and contract terms. RockWell's earlier single-family material documents a different offering from its current townhome phase. Our Winter Garden new-construction guide provides a wider builder comparison.

Choose the homesite, not just the floor plan

Two homes with the same plan can feel different because of their parcels. Use the builder’s site plan to compare position, neighboring construction, outdoor space and any lot-specific selections, then visit the homesite to assess its outlook and surroundings. Ask to see the property boundaries for the address you are considering. The 32-foot and 60-foot terms identify collections; they are not surveyed measurements of every parcel. Likewise, a view shown in marketing materials does not establish what you will see from a finished home or whether that outlook will remain.

Amenities: what is advertised and what to confirm

Community materials advertise a pool and cabana, butterfly garden, nature-play space, dog park and trails. The townhome materials also describe greenspace, a play area and a water feature. These could shape how you use the neighborhood, but advertised improvements should not be mistaken for facilities confirmed open. Recreational plans may change or remain incomplete. Before relying on a particular feature, ask the community association whether it is operating, where it is located and whether the home you are considering has access.

Understand the costs and rules for your property

Before choosing a home, review the association’s governing documents, including the June 2023 declaration, November 2025 supplement and separate townhome design guidelines. Association fees support management and common-area maintenance, but check the documents and disclosures for charges that apply to your property. Orange County approved a streetlighting and retention-pond maintenance benefit unit on March 26, 2024 and amended it on March 10, 2026. Check the specific parcel’s current tax bill rather than assuming detached homes and townhomes carry identical charges.

Compare Harvest with nearby communities

Compare Harvest with Westhaven at Ovation, Lake Star at Ovation and Encore at Ovation. These are separate communities with their own home types, lots and association arrangements. Use the individual home and governing documents to compare choices; the wider Ovation area's listings and market figures do not establish Harvest-specific inventory or prices.
