Property Management and Guest Access at Encore

Rentyl/LRR and Jeeves Florida Rentals are Encore’s preferred property-management partners. Choosing between them means comparing management fees, rental marketing, housekeeping, maintenance support and personal-use arrangements alongside guest resort access.

Your property manager handles the rental operation and home-care services agreed in your contract. The HOA provides the services funded through your association assessments. Review both together to understand your total costs and identify any overlapping charges.

Management Options to Explore

Jeeves Florida Rentals and Rentyl/LRR are Encore’s preferred rental-management partners, allowing eligible homes in their programs to offer rental guests resort amenity access.

Jeeves provides services for second homes and short-term rentals, including cleaning, maintenance, marketing, booking support, revenue management and round-the-clock guest assistance. Rentyl operates at Encore through its owner-services subsidiary, Luxury Residential Resorts, known as LRR.

Compare their Encore-specific proposals alongside your personal-use plans and rental objectives. Management fees, housekeeping charges, maintenance responsibilities, owner-stay terms and guest access should all be clear in the agreement, giving you a complete picture of the service and its costs.

Other Property Managers at Encore

Orange Vacation Homes, Plus Vacation Homes, Master Vacation Homes, Element Vacation Homes and ACO Vacation Homes also manage properties at Encore, but operate outside the preferred rental-management program. Their rental guests do not receive the resort amenity access available through Rentyl/LRR or Jeeves Florida Rentals.

Compare each provider’s fees, marketing, home care and guest support alongside that difference. Owner Club membership is separate and does not, by itself, extend amenity access to paying rental guests.

Compare rental marketing, guest access, home care, fees and personal use. Request a sample owner statement and review the contract terms.

  • Rental Marketing and Pricing

    Understand where your home will be advertised, who sets nightly rates and how pricing responds to demand.

  • Guest Resort Access

    Confirm access to the water park, resort facilities and shuttles through the manager’s Encore rental program.

  • Management Fees and Contract Terms

    Compare commission, fees, cleaning charges and maintenance markups. Confirm contract duration, termination terms and how existing bookings are handled.

  • Cleaning and Home Care

    Establish cleaning standards, inspection frequency and repair responsibilities. Check for overlap with POA services.

  • Your Own Stays

    Confirm how you reserve dates, any restrictions on personal use and charges for preparing or cleaning the home.
