Encore Resort amenity access begins with a distinction: buyers must acquire and maintain Encore Reunion West Club membership, but owning a home alone does not establish unrestricted use for every person who visits it. The membership documents govern privileges, while named users need the required registration and access cards. For a resale, the closing company starts the transfer process with a Club membership estoppel; the buyer completes an agreement, pays the joining fee through closing and provides the deed for processing. Encore's Aqua Park has pools, slides and children's play areas, but entry requires an eligible user's valid wristband. A home address or an accompanied visitor arrangement does not replace the applicable entry requirements.
