What truly sets this property apart is its location in Palm Grove Colony—a hidden gem community just 60 minutes north of Tampa. This quiet, spring-fed enclave sits off the beaten path, tucked away from the traffic of US 19 and SR 50. Residents enjoy exclusive access to Little Salt Spring, a community-owned freshwater spring ideal for swimming, paddleboarding, or simply unwinding in nature’s beauty.

Nestled along the 3-mile-long Mud River, which joins the Weeki Wachee River before meeting the Gulf, the area is renowned for boating, scalloping, diving, snorkeling, and intimate manatee encounters. This is classic Old Florida—no stress, just water, wildlife, and wonder.

Whether you're seeking a full-time residence, vacation retreat, or income-producing rental, this home checks all the boxes. And thanks to its elevated stilt design, even past flooding events have been minimal—an inconvenience rather than a disaster, with only the garage affected and the main living area untouched. The home comes turn key with furniture, home goods, and decorations minus a few personal items the owner wants to retain.

Come experience the magic of Palm Grove Colony—a place where the river flows freely, nature surrounds you, and the Gulf is always calling.
