Welcome home to one of the most spectacular views in Hernando County! Watch the sun rise and set from your private pool area overlooking the ever-changing views of a freshwater lake. Located in the prestigious Glen Lakes community, your future offers a lifestyle of comfort, activities, convenience and security above expectations. As you drive into your community by way of an impressive boulevard, you will pass a manned gatehouse with separate automated entry-gate for residents. Your beautiful new home welcomes you through a covered front porch area and into an inviting foyer. Do not yet be distracted by the views. Ahead is a bright living space with cathedral ceilings and sliders to your outside oasis, complete with heated pool and covered patio surrounded by upscale pavers. Let the captivating views release your attention for a minute and look at the newly renovated kitchen with high ceilings, soft-close cabinets, granite/quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, plentiful LED lighting and a bay window area for your breakfast nook. The large owner’s suite offers a new bath with walk-in shower, dual vanity and two walk-in closets. The second bedroom has a built-in murphy bed and direct access to another renovated bath. Other recent renovations and upgrades include a 2024 hot water heater, 2014 roof and 2013 AC. The pool pump and pool heater are also newer. Your HOA includes access to a 35,000 square-foot clubhouse, lawn and sprinkler maintenance as well as cable television and internet! The clubhouse features pub, restaurant, exercise facility and function rooms. If that is not enough, you can take a golf cart or walk down the street to join one of the top championship golf courses in Florida, designed by Ron Garl, or join the social club with pool, exercise room and other activity centers. Your amazing Glen Lakes community also adjoins and provides direct access to the 85,000-acre Chassahowitzka National Wildlife Refuge, which borders the Gulf of Mexico providing options for biking, hiking and the discovery of amazing freshwater springs. All this is close to shopping, (where you can take your golf cart), and about 1 hour to Tampa and an international airport. You will not find another pool home with such views at this price range. Yes, this is the house of your dreams. Come home today!
