4725 Cove Circle Unit 306St Petersburg, FL, 33708

Every year, you take out a second mortgage on your home up north so that you can afford to rent a condo here in Florida for the winter months. Well, here's an alternative: why don't you BUY your own little condo here, and let other folks come up with rental money when you're not here? Hee is the perfect purchase for that goal; a lovely efficiency in a WATERFRONT complex across the bridge from Madeira Beach! This unit is located in popular Sea Towers on the Intracoastal Waterway. The gated Sea Towers community has plenty of things for you to while away your time here without ever leaving the complex. There are TWO pools, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball and shuffleboard courts, a putting green, fishing areas, a remodelled club house opening soon, a beautiful lagoon surrounded by a wide sidewalk (hint: three times around the lagoon is about the length of your daily mile walk!) The unit has a complete kitchen, bathroom (with an actual tub!), and pleasant sunset views! Sea Towers is close to shopping (as in right around the corner), movie theatres, and downtown night life in St. Pete, Clearwater and Tampa. Come see how fun-filled and enjoyable your winters can be (or you might even enjoy it here year-round!)
