About this property
Back on the market due to buyer financing. NEW ROOF & POOL DREAM HOME! Gorgeous 4 Bed 2 Bath Pool Dream Home nestled on a lush lot in the heart of Hudson conveniently located near shopping, dining and Beacon Woods Golf Club. Sparkling in-ground swimming pool and totally screen-enclosed pool deck and lanai. Beautifully remodeled kitchen including new cabinets, glistening quartz countertops and brand-new stainless-steel appliances. Shiny new bathrooms also with new vanities, new showers and new lighting fixtures throughout. Handsome plank flooring throughout, and newer windows. Beautiful curb appeal with a large driveway and covered front porch. Large, fully fenced backyard. New hot water heater. Welcome home! The house is back on the market only because the buyer's loan application was denied, because the buyer's situation changed during loan processing and that was the only reason, the inspection went great, everything was fine until financing issue only having to do with the old buyer's credit changing midway through loan processing.
