Your Private Sanctuary Near the Ocala National Forest

Tired of traffic, noise, and the concrete jungle? Claim your own peaceful retreat on Old Deer Rd, surrounded by the rolling woods of the Ocala National Forest. This cleared, buildable one-acre lot is ready for a full-time home, a weekend cabin, or a private home base for your outdoor adventures. Build a custom home or bring a manufactured home. Adventure starts right from your driveway. Miles of dirt roads and trails wind through the surrounding forest, so bring your toys or load up the horses and explore. Alexander Springs is just a short drive away, with crystal-clear 72-degree water for swimming, scuba diving, and picnics under grand live oaks. Paddle Alexander Springs Run or the nearby St. Johns River for kayaking, wildlife viewing, and freshwater fishing. Hikers and riders can reach trailheads for the Florida National Scenic Trail, or take on the challenging 22-mile Paisley Woods Bicycle Trail.
