8132 Little Gasparilla IslandPlacida, FL, 33946

This 50X75 vacant lot is located on Little Gasparilla Island, a bridgeless barrier island just off the coast of the Cape Haze Peninsula and is only accessible by water taxi or private boat. LGI doesn’t have any grocery stores, restaurants, or shops but we have 3 ½ miles of uncrowded beach to wander on and collect seashells and shark’s teeth, swim, fish, or sit with a good book and soak up the sun. There is great fishing in the surrounding waters for redfish, snook, snapper, trout and more. The lot is 3rd back from the bay and it’s a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. There is a deeded easement from the bay to the beach, but there is no dock at this time. The yellow shading on the aerial picture is not guaranteed, boundary measurements to be verified by buyer and/or buyer’s agent. When you come and see this lot and the island, you’ll see what a hidden gem of tranquility LGI truly is.
