Palm Beach County homes for sale in Florida

Find Palm Beach County homes for sale for year-round living or a second home, with local setting and ownership details to help shape your search.

Browse Palm Beach County homes by price

Available-feed asking-price bands. Each band changes the price range and retains the county, bedroom and property-type filters.

Narrow your search by price and property type

Our search for Palm Beach County homes for sale covers the full county boundary, not just Palm Beach or West Palm Beach. Whether you want a luxury primary residence or a second home, start with your budget, preferred setting and property type. Narrow condominium, townhome or detached-home searches by bedrooms, remembering that a three-bedroom minimum also includes larger homes. For exactly three bedrooms, check each listing's count. Treat price bands as navigation choices, not market segments or evidence of availability. A townhome label describes a property style, but its documents establish the ownership form and maintenance responsibilities.

Find the setting that fits your life

Palm Beach County real estate spans coastal towns, downtown settings and inland areas. Start with the places you want in your everyday routine.

  • Boca Raton

Mizner Park offers shopping, dining and culture; Spanish River Park and Red Reef Park add coastal recreation to consider when choosing your location.

  • Delray Beach

Atlantic Avenue, Pineapple Grove and the municipal beach offer distinct local anchors. Check each address for the access you want in daily life.

  • Palm Beach

Worth Avenue and the Flagler Museum give you shopping and cultural destinations. The town is one part of the county, not its full extent.

  • West Palm Beach

The downtown waterfront and Clematis Street are urban lifestyle anchors. Compare individual buildings for views, amenities and pedestrian access.

  • Jupiter

Riverbend Park offers hiking, cycling, equestrian and paddling trails beside the Loxahatchee River, useful anchors for an outdoor-focused lifestyle.

  • Palm Beach Gardens

Sandhill Crane Golf Club offers public play. Consider that option separately from any private club membership associated with a home or community.

  • Wellington

The Equestrian Preserve Area includes farms, facilities and bridle trails. Confirm parcel-specific uses rather than assuming every home allows horses.

  • Western Palm Beach County

Include Lake Okeechobee and the Glades in your county search. Compare individual locations and properties rather than treating the west as one price band.

Compare ownership obligations, not just interiors

A renovated interior does not establish building-wide condition. Match each property choice to its records and responsibilities.

Waterfront ownership starts with access and rights

A water view, waterfront frontage, a dock or slip right, and usable boating access are different things. Before you choose a home around your boat, ask whether access rights are recorded and transferable, which permits apply, and what the seawall's condition means for maintenance. Check water depth, bridge clearance and the route to an inlet against your vessel's needs. None of these features follows automatically from a waterfront description. For flood considerations, review current parcel-level mapping and available elevation records rather than relying on a broad coastal or inland label.

Questions to bring to your local property discussion

Bring these questions to us as you narrow your shortlist, so the discussion goes beyond finishes and asking prices.

  • Which sales are genuinely comparable?

Which completed sales match this property's location, condition and ownership rights closely enough to support a meaningful comparison?

  • What needs checking in the records?

Which parcel records and permits need review, and do the records align with the home's current layout and your intended use?

  • What actually transfers to you?

Which amenities, club memberships, dock rights or other access rights transfer with ownership, and which require separate approval or payment?

  • What belongs in the ownership budget?

What do association finances and assessments show? Use a purchase-based property-tax estimate, not the seller's bill, when considering costs.
